ACT Computer Education

At ACT Computer Education, we strive to provide our students with the best learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of enrollment or a request for a refund. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below to understand the procedures and conditions.


Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation by ACT Computer Education:

  •    If a course is cancelled by ACT Computer Education, students will be notified as soon as possible.
  •    Students will have the option to enroll in another course or receive a full refund of the course fee.


2. Cancellation by Student:

  • Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a written request to the admissions office.
  • Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date.


Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  •    Refunds will be processed based on the date of receipt of the written cancellation request.
  •   Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval of the cancellation request.


2. Non-Refundable Fees:

  •    Registration fees, administrative fees, and any material costs are non-refundable.


3. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, students may submit a written appeal for a refund. Supporting documentation may be required. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.


How to Request a Cancellation or Refund


1. Submit a Written Request:

  • Email your request to the admissions office at actcomputere@gmail.com.
  • Include your full name, course title, and reason for cancellation.


2. Review and Approval:

  • The admissions office will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.
